Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Summer Sales Representatives. This seasonal position is perfect for those who are motivated, outgoing, and eager to learn about sales. You must be disciplined and willing to work hard day in and day out, as you will be working with educated, analytical, and thorough prospects. You will also need to be a high achiever with strong character and ethical values. Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product information and recommendations
Promote and sell products/services to meet sales targets
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Travel throughout the RGV, with opportunities for additional travel outside the RGV
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
No prior sales experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High achiever with strong character and ethical values
You must be disciplined and willing to work hard day in and day out
Ability to work in a team environment
Availability to work flexible hours from March to September
