Job Description

Our client is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Supplier Relationship Analyst to serve as the vital bridge between internal teams and a wide range of external partners. This role plays a key part in aligning vendor capabilities with the organization's evolving needs and student-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to drive measurable outcomes through supplier performance evaluation and process improvement.

Projects You'll Work On

  • Act as the main liaison between internal departments and third-party suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of learning and educational resources.
  • Evaluate supplier offerings based on institutional goals and student experience enhancement.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, IT, finance, and procurement to streamline vendor sourcing, contracting, and onboarding.
  • Conduct supplier performance assessments and lead regular business reviews to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Monitor contractual obligations including timelines, costs, service level agreements, and potential impacts to budgeting.
  • Analyze industry trends and upcoming innovations in learning technologies to inform stakeholder decisions.
  • Support operational planning by generating supplier trend reports and recommending workflow improvements.

What Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years managing external relationships, preferably in a vendor or supplier-facing role.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Familiarity with online learning environments and adult education models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, solve problems collaboratively, and manage complex projects.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills.

Bonus Experience

  • Background in learning resource development, instructional design, or education technology.
  • Experience with contractual negotiations and strategic sourcing.
  • Exposure to resource evaluation frameworks and ROI analysis
