Task Force Conference Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Task Force Conference Services Manager with a strong background in Hyatt Envision to join our team immediately. This assignment is located in Louisiana and requires someone who is ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of conference services, including planning, coordination, and execution of events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless event operations.
• Utilize Hyatt Envision to manage bookings, detailing, and reporting effectively.
• Maintain high standards of service and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in conference services.
• Proficiency with Hyatt Envision is a must.
• Ability to travel immediately and commit to the assignment.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
