Job Overview

As a team member you will create memorable guest experiences by making great bowl & smoothie recommendations and serving delicious and healthy items. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each others success in a friendly but fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities for all Team Members:

• Maintain excellent customer service.
• Rush bowl & smoothie making.
• Dish washing, cleaning, organizing.
• POS operation, taking orders, cash handling.
• Assist in catering.
• Ensure assigned tasks are done throughout shift.
• Handle customer issues in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bowl and smoothie ingredients and recipes.
• Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety.

Additional Job Responsibilities for Shift Leaders:

• Key holder, able to open/close the store.
• Able to restock, accept inventory, take inventory.
• Cash handling/management.

• Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment.

PAY INFORMATION

• $14.00 per hour PLUS TIPS!
• Bi-weekly paychecks
• Direct deposit available
