Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Concierge Manager. As a Travel Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, offering expert advice, and ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and unforgettable. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in planning and booking arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and create customized itineraries based on clients' preferences, budgets, and interests.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to secure the best deals and exclusive perks for clients.
  • Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Stay updated on trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
