**Position Overview:**
As a Virtual Sales Representative (VSR), you will play a key role in marketing and selling pharmaceutical products through teleconferences and phone calls to targeted healthcare providers and offices. Your responsibilities will include delivering impactful selling messages, providing materials and samples, and creating positive virtual interactions to drive market growth for our client's products. Flexibility is essential, as your role will encompass a variety of tasks. You will leverage your excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to nurture existing relationships and develop new ones within healthcare offices. You will also be responsible for explaining product features and benefits while addressing any questions or concerns to enhance sales. A strong ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, and the pharmacy and insurance landscape is crucial.

**Client Overview:**
Our client is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and providing innovative therapies in hematology and oncology. They are dedicated to helping patients with diseases that have limited or no approved treatment options. This client currently promotes three FDA-approved products, one of which you will be responsible for promoting in this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Product Education & Engagement:**
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and clinical data to healthcare providers (HCPs), office staff, and administrators while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Actively listen and tailor your messaging to address the specific needs and concerns of HCPs and office staff, supporting informed decision-making.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas, clinical data, and the competitive landscape.
- **Virtual Relationship Management:**
- Build and strengthen relationships with HCPs, office staff, and administrators to foster open communication and rapport.
- Manage personal communications and engagements with customers effectively.
- Utilize video conferencing platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom) and phone calls to establish credibility and trust.
- Adapt engagement strategies based on the preferences and schedules of HCPs and office staff.
- **Sales Performance & Territory Management:**
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving customer activation and product adoption within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with team members to align strategies and share best practices.
- **Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:**
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, manage schedules, and document key insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback from HCPs and office staff to sales and marketing teams.
- **Compliance, Professional Development, and Ethical Behavior:**
- Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Stay informed about product updates, clinical guidelines, and market trends.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and development programs to enhance your expertise.
- Maintain transparency and integrity in all interactions with HCPs and office staff.
- **Customer-Centric Approach:**
- Prioritize the needs of HCPs and office staff by delivering value-driven solutions that enhance patient care.
- Provide prompt, high-quality responses to inquiries to ensure exceptional service.
- Maintain a patient-focused, value-driven approach to engagement.
**Expectations:**
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and execution metrics.
- Maintain technical and digital proficiency to utilize systems effectively.
- Stay proficient in product knowledge, disease states, and the competitive landscape.
- Travel to sales and training meetings as needed.
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 18 months of sales experience as a virtual representative is required; pharmaceutical oncology experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with overall strategy and direction.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain productivity and prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to think strategically and work with integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with HCPs and administrators.
