Job Description

As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our online product listings captivate customers and drive sales. Leveraging your expertise in merchandising techniques; you'll curate visually appealing displays, incorporating elements such as fixture blocking, lighting, and staging. Additionally, you'll support various e-commerce activities, including product evaluation, sorting, pricing, and providing customer service through phone and email contact. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Uphold and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. (ESGWND)
• Provide professional and courteous communication with customers and team members
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Utilize computer skills for internet research and Microsoft Office applications
• Apply knowledge of e-commerce fundamentals to optimize online sales strategies
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce/Commodities Manager to establish and maintain visual standards
• Troubleshoot merchandising issues and adjust displays to maximize visual impact
• Assist in evaluating and sorting jewelry items, including identification of precious metals and gems
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and packaging sold items
• Understand and contribute to e-commerce sales goals, planning and executing daily tasks to drive success
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas
• Fulfill other duties as assigned to support the overall mission

Qualifications:  

• Have a high school or general education degree (GED)
