Springs Fabrication, LLC is currently hiring Welder/Fabricators for our diverse job shop Both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available. Competitive pay ranging from $24 to $34 per hour - depending on experience level No travel required Required Competencies: Experience with structural welding and fabrication- 5 years is preferrable Experience with FCAW, GMAW and GTAW welding processes - 5 years is preferrable Able to weld and/or fabricate metal parts as specified by blueprints, layouts, weld procedures - 5 years is preferrable Able to pass Shop Math and Weld Symbols written assessments Able to pass 2G/3G FCAW plate test, and/or 6G GMAW/FCAW pipe test and/or 6G GTAW pipe test Priority consideration given to those with pressure vessel experience ASME code welding experience is highly preferred Upon hire, 5-panel drug screen (marijuana included) and background check are required. 1st shift: M-F, 6:00am - 2:30pm 2nd shift: M-F, 2:15pm - 10:30pm Half (15 minutes) of lunch is paid and comes with 10% pay differential Benefits include: Weekly pay Sick and vacation time accruals start right away 7 paid Holidays per year Medical, Dental, Vision, Life AD&D, LTD available first of the month following 30 days of employment Private paid FAMLI leave plan 401(k) with company matching available after 90 days EAP (employee assistance program) Continuing education assistance
