Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
• Set sales targets and quotas for the team and individual sales representatives.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Work with other departments (such as marketing, customer service) to enhance the overall customer experience.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and its products or services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and sales management, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Chinese/German/Japanese speaking ability is a plus.
