• Education: High School Graduate or higher.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to remain active and on your feet for extended periods (up to 6 hours per shift).
• Professional Appearance : Maintains a highly polished and professional image to represent our company with confidence to customers.
• Strong Work Ethic : Demonstrates ambition and drive to meet and exceed goals in a performance-focused environment including superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer Interaction Skills : Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face, building rapport, and representing the company positively.
• Reliability and Punctuality : Consistently dependable with excellent time management skills to ensure success in a fast-paced role.
