Luther Oaks is seeking an on-call receptionist to play a vital role in providing reception services to visitors, guests, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere within the community. Your adeptness in telephone switchboard services facilitates smooth communication both internally and externally. By assisting residents and team members, you contribute to the efficient functioning of daily operations. Additionally, your responsibility to monitor and advise of emergency situations underscores your commitment to maintaining safety and security within the premises.
Schedule: This position is on-call, nights and weekends and occasional daytime hours. Approximately 12-15 hours per week.
