Program Financial Analyst (Entry-Level)

Employer: NASA Facilities Maintenance Division
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Pay: $80k, based on experience

About the Role:

Our client is hiring a Program Financial Analyst to support project and financial operations. This position involves tracking budgets, preparing reports, and supporting program schedules.

It’s an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career in program finance, budgeting, and project controls .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing budgets, schedules, and cost reports for projects.
• Review invoices, travel vouchers, and financial transactions for accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Support risk analysis, contract performance reviews, and reporting.
• Act as a liaison between operations and administrative/finance teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience : At least internship, co-op, or 0–2 years of related experience in finance, accounting, or program support.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screening required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project control, budgeting, or federal contracting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, or financial software.
