There is still much work to be done in South Africa to create an even playing field for women. In her role as president of African Women Chartered Accountants, Zama Khanyile is playing her part. A fund manager at the National Empowerment Fund, she also leads a team that provides access to capital for some of the country’s most inspiring black females.
