Loan Officer Trainee Position

We have an exciting opportunity in our Loan Center!

Who you are:
You are an excellent communicator with a solid understanding of different loan products, organized, and possess a commitment to exceptional member service. You pay attention to detail, act with strong ethical conduct, and have the capacity to build rapport with members while ensuring transparency throughout the loan process.

What you will do:
As a Loan Officer Trainee, you will ensure a positive member journey by processing and servicing, whether by phone or online, consumer loans, Visa Credits Cards, accurately and timely in a collaborative environment. Collecting required documents and communicating with our members every step of the loan process.

You will educate our members on new products and services that allow them to reach their financial goals. 

Our Loan Center Progression Model that is designed to provide you advancement in your role andan increase in your salary through on-the-job training and structured compensation increase.

 

Employment Details:

• Location: HRCCU Operations Center in Corinth, NY.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5pm, with a Saturday shift 9am-1pm rotation. Full time, benefited, ~40 hours per week. 
• Pay rate: Starting at $17.75 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.    

What you will need:
Experience: At least one year of similar or related experience.
Education: A high school diploma or GED.
