Job Description

Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for a Print Production & Workflow Optimization Manager to join their team for a hybrid 6-month contract in Glendale, CA. This position requires working onsite 1 day a week. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation, optimization, and design of production workflows within the digital marketing or entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the print production of diverse projects, managing all aspects from planning to execution.
• Responsibilities include project planning, workflow management, vendor negotiations, print procurement, cost and quality control, logistical coordination, and press checks.
• Supervise traffic coordinators and print buyers; may also manage a small design studio.
• Demonstrate expertise in both analog and digital print technologies, with a strong understanding of design software applications and project management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining the highest quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a marketing, creative, or entertainment environment.
• Proven experience in the creative or entertainment industries is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in production management tools and systems, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software (Airtable, Workfront, Jira), as well as asset management systems.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: Experience using AI to support workflow analysis and automation.
